SHIPPING POLICY

  • Please NOTE: FIFYNATURALS ships all products directly from the United Kingdom.

  • You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

  • There is two shipping option: Next Day Delivery £3.99 GBP (To order before 12PM, except weekends) and 3 to 5 Days £2.99 GBP for all shipments using Evri or Royal Mail shipment services.

RETURNS POLICY

FIFYNATURALS does not accept returns for products because of these irregularities. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your FIFYNATURALS product, you may return product in its original state and packaging to our address within 14 days of receipt; with tracking code sent to us after shipment for a refund via Stripe. Attn: Your original order shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the Items will be refunded. Please use our email form HERE telling us why you aren't satisfied and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address. We love feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service.

PAYMENT POLICY

FIFYNATURALS accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, an easy, secure method of online payment. You do not need a Stripe account for this transaction. Choose the payment option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Stripe account.

UNFORESEEN SHIPPING ISSUES AND CUSTOM CHARGES 

From the time your package leaves FIFYNATURALS until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with our shipping services in your country. Some countries might be subject to customs and taxes upon delivery. Please check with your Evri or Royal Mail in your country before your order. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer's responsibility. FIFYNATURALS cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing package claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us via our contact page form. 

SIGNATURE

All international packages require a signature upon delivery; a tracking number will be provided once the shipment is made.
